Refund Policy

At EcomScout, customer satisfaction matters. Below are the terms governing refunds on our subscription product.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If you subscribe to EcomScout Premium (₦10,000 / 30 days) and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment. After 7 days, the subscription is non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of payment
  • You have run fewer than 5 scans during the period
  • No abuse, fraud, or terms-of-service violation has occurred on your account

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at jarklayer4@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Your Paystack reference ID or transaction date
  • The reason for your refund request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original Paystack payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions older than 7 days
  • Subscriptions where 5 or more scans have been used
  • Accounts terminated due to terms-of-service violations
  • Partial-month refunds (we do not pro-rate)

6. Auto-Expiry (No Auto-Renewal)

EcomScout Premium does not auto-renew. Your subscription expires after 30 days and your account reverts to the free tier. You will never be charged unexpectedly. This significantly reduces the need for refunds in the first place.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
